Group multiple items for sale
What is item group?
After time, you may end up with having dozens (or even hundreds) of items for sale created in your account. This is totally fine if you manage them well and you are embedding multiple VaocherApp checkout forms. Otherwise, it will be very confusing not only for you, but also for you customers when purchasing the gift vouchers.
To help you better manage this scenario, we have implemented Item Group, which lets you group multiple items for sale into a same "bucket".
Benefits of using item group
The biggest benefit of using item groups is to deliver a better user experience for your customers when purchasing gift vouchers. Instead of choosing from hundreds of different items on checkout (which is pretty confusing 😵💫), they can easily skim through the group of items they want (similar to categories in traditional shopping cart). They can expand or collapse the item group to see all the items for sale.
Not only that, you have the ability to re-arrange the items and item groups to make most sense out of your business. For example: you may want to put the post popular items/groups on top; or you are running a promotion, you can push sales by prompting your promoting gift vouchers at top.
Create New Item Group
To create a new group:
- go to VaocherApp dashboard → Items page (or click here)

👉 Make sure you've at least 1 item group, otherwise you won't be able to do this.
