2. Enhanced Checkout Form Customisation

Previously, customers purchasing gift vouchers could only select "Buy for Someone Else" or "Buy for Yourself" during checkout. Now, with our new settings, you have full control over this process.

Choose from four distinct options:

• Defaulting to buying for others
• Defaulting to buying for themselves
• allowing purchases for others only
• or restricting purchases to oneself

This newfound flexibility ensures a smoother and more tailored checkout experience, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and boosting conversions for your business.

3. Stay on Top of Gift Voucher Expiry

Never let a voucher opportunity slip away again! Our new "Gift Voucher Expiry" report empowers you to monitor soon-to-expire or expired vouchers with ease. With this new report, you can proactively reach out to customers, remind them of their voucher's expiration, and incentivise them to redeem or extend their vouchers, ultimately driving customer loyalty and repeat business.

4. Sign-in with SSO

We're excited to introduce "Sign in with SSO" as a new login method. Single Sign-On (SSO) is like having a master key for all your online accounts. Instead of juggling multiple passwords, SSO lets you log in once and access VaocherApp system without repeatedly entering credentials.

With SSO, you can securely access your VaocherApp account using your existing credentials from a trusted identity provider (e.g. Google Mail), eliminating the need to manage multiple passwords. This not only enhances security but also simplifies the login process, saving you time and hassle. Plus, this feature is extended to our mobile app, ensuring a consistent and convenient sign-in experience across all your devices.

SSO comes into handy for users who registered an account using social platform like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and don't have a password to sign in. Now you can select "Sign in with SSO" and receive a verification code to securely sign in to VaocherApp.

Previously, the recipient name field was limited to a single "Full Name" entry. Now, you have the ability to separate recipient names into distinct "First Name" and "Last Name" fields, providing greater flexibility and compatibility with third-party integrations like Cliniko. This update allows for more accurate and structured recipient information, ensuring smoother transactions and improving communication with your customers.
